KAPHORN Logistics GmbH is a part of the REDSUN-Group (Germany). REDSUN founded 30 years ago by Ger van Ommeren, is a family owned company with approx. 400 employees and 4 production lines for the manufacturing of stone products. Beside this REDSUN is importer of natural stones, ceramic tiles and salt from Europe, the mediterranean region and China.

To optimise own logistics processes and to operate the KAPHORN-BreakBulk- and Project-Terminal in Bremen, KAPHORN Logistics GmbH was founded in the beginning of 2018.

As 3PL Logistics Provider KAPHORN Logistics is responsible for 32.000 trucks movements within Europe, as well as the maritime transport of 5.000 TEU and 130.000 tons of bulk cargoes. The major quantity of the before mentioned products are building the base cargo for the terminal operation located in Bremen, Germany’s centre for value added logistics and break-bulk planning and operation for the global project industry.
